About Us

Eilis, since becoming a mother, has deepened her journey with the power of Nature, Flower Essences, herbs, Cranio-Sacral therapy and Yoga.
While Holistic Physiotherapy is the backbone of her therapeutic work , she also specialises in Womens Health including fertility and pre and post natal care. It is abundantly clear that wellness has never been more needed than ever, and we’re delighted to be back offering therapies and a healing space for people to come to.
Fergal is actively involved with music composition and has recently composed music for a 4-part Nature documentary series for TG4 called Cois Moire, and a documentary on pioneers of early Irish cinema, The Horgan brothers for TG4 released in 2024. Most recently, he has composed the soundtrack for Irelands top podcast (June 2024) RTE Doc on One 'The Real Carrie Jade'. He is also finishing an album of original music and a meditation album. He has developed a unique style of wellness themed team building workshops using relaxation techniques and hand drums. The power of rhythm and drums is a direct metaphor for being in rhythm with ourselves and the people around us and these workshops have been very well received.
With over 40 years experience between us, our passion is to provide quality therapies and a range of classes, workshops, seminars, talks and
community pop-up events that give people valuable tools and resources to navigate the stresses and strains of modern day living.
Our yoga classes offer an opportunity to release unnecessary tension and discover your own personal movement practice, through awareness and breath. This embodied practice becomes a movement meditation, promoting centering, fluidity, flexibility and strength.
We help people with pain, musculo-skeletal problems, women’s health issues, anxiety, stress and
focus on root causes and solutions to illness; bridging the gap between western medicine and the
world of complimentary and holistic therapies.
As part of a growing movement, we are also creating an awareness of the link between nature
deficiency, illness and mental health issues. The need to reconnect to nature is at the foundation of what we offer, including use of flower essences, movement and therapeutic practices that bring us back to our own body, an intrinsic part of nature.
