A gentle but empowering, somatic-based yoga class designed to guide you inward—into presence, breath, and embodied awareness. Through intuitive movement, breathwork, and grounding meditations, you’ll reconnect with your inner self and nervous system.
This class invites deep rest, self-resourcing, and restoration, while weaving in subtle work with the meridians to support energy flow and balance. A space to listen, feel, and come home to your body. Suitable for all levels.
Please bring your own yoga mat and blanket for the meditation.
